& Lodging
Registration for the WomenSummit 2026 Retreat (February 14th-21st) is all-inclusive and covers programming tuition, lodging, meals, and – in the spirit of supporting all women – a values-based contribution on behalf of each participant to a local women's community organization.
In the interest of making the retreat accessible, the retreat fee is tiered. Depending on your choice of lodging, full registration will be between $2,100 and $3,800.

Programming includes:
01.
20 hours of small group programming – eligible for 20 Continuing Education Credits (CEs) pending approval
02.
Daily informal programming, including evening "salons" and gatherings with facilitators

Two 90-minute online group preparation meetings
04.
Two 90-minute post-retreat online group integration sessions
05.
Access to optional activities, including horse-back riding, hiking, shopping in town, massage and yoga

Charitable Contribution
In keeping with WomenSummit's mission to support local non profits, a portion of the proceeds from this retreat will go directly to PsyDeh [See-de], a majority-women-led Mexican grassroots non-profit organization investing in rural and Indigenous women as local leaders to propel social and economic development in their communities. In their own words:
"Our programs empower women with rights-based training and the strengthening of personal and professional skills for the production of micro projects, while helping them to organize themselves to lead sustainable development from the grassroots in their own communities."
Payment Information
Deposit
Payment options
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on this retreat. Full payment is due within 3 weeks of your acceptance confirmation. All payments become non-refundable after November 14, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before November 14, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after November 14, 2025, are not eligible for any refund.
In order to avoid fees, we ask that participants remit payment via Zelle or check. We offer a $25 dollar discount on Zelle and check payments. The money we save on fees goes toward our scholarship fund. If you need to pay by PayPal or Credit card, please let us know and we'll set that up. Payments are not due until registration is confirmed.
