Pre-Registration
Applying for the WomenSummit Winter 2026 Retreat is easy – just follow the steps below. As part of our effort to ensure a well-matched cohort, we ask all applicants to respond to a short series of questions and engage in a brief informational interview. Our goal is to create a retreat experience that fosters meaningful connections among all participants. Following the interview, we'll let you know if we believe this cohort is a good fit for you.

Complete the pre-registration form
The pre-registration form signals your interest in attending and gives us a sense of your intentions for the retreat.

Schedule and complete an exploratory chat
This conversation allows you to learn more about the retreat, ask questions, and express any concerns. It's also an opportunity to get to know one another!

Pay the $500 non-refundable deposit
Upon confirmation, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due within 3 weeks of your acceptance confirmation.

Select your room and pay full registration fee
Depending on room availability, you can request the room that suits you best. If you have a roommate in mind, let us know! If not, we'll make every effort to match you with another awesome participant who shares you preferences (e.g., early riser/late riser, extrovert/introvert, tidy/luggage explosion). Registration is complete when we receive the remainder of your full registration fee – due within 3 weeks of confirmation, unless you've made alternative arrangements with us.

Get ready!
In advance of the retreat, we'll have two online preparation meetings. The first, an informal "Meet and Greet," will be followed by a more in depth 90 minute preparation session. A few weeks later, we'll finally meet in real life at our fabulous digs in Malinalco, Mexico! Can I get you some hibiscus tea?
